I'm a Chad supporter and always will be BUT not this Sunday! I hate the Pats more than the Dolphins (I haven't been a Jet fan that long) and even if I was the more reason to beat the Fins...whether the Fins or the Pats get in we are OUT...so I will be bleeding green regardless...and of all seasons if ever their was one we could get in its this season...very Jet like if you ask me...we were at one point SB contenders and proceeded to be afterthoughts in a one month span! only the Jets... Chad is Chad...most devisive Jet probably ever...I personally think its because he looks more like an accountant/choir boy with a mix of favourite to be your brother in law and runs like a girl and just happens to be a very good QB...if he gets his vindication this weekend or wins a SB next year so be it...I doubt I will ever root against him if he is not playing us...he might look like a choir boy but he will kick your nuts if he has to when you are not looking...he had a good run with us but life goes on...and hopefully the Jets season will this weekend....
Show me where I said something incorrect. I never said you had openly said you would be rooting for the Jets. Instead you were shown others here had said they would, a point you failed to acknowledge. You really shouldn't get so upset about this place. It's just a message board. Not that your being wrong is a good thing, of course.
Hey look who's back. I don't get upset over this place at all, just come here to talk Jets. Not only did I acknowledge that point, I gave my opinion on it--first sentence of the second paragragh you just quoted.
IS, Well I'm glad to hear you don't get upset about posts here. The point that may have gotten lost there, fwiw, it that some had in fact said they wanted Miami to win that game, and I didn't see you acknowledge that such posts had been made.
Some of us said it way back in September: Pennington will choke when you need him the most. Is that sound of sucking I hear?
I get upset about the Jets and the stupid things they do, not what other people say about it. Like I said, you can find a few extreme people who would root against the Jets but that doesn't represent most Jet fans, even those of us who like Pennington. It's old news anyway, we're done and now he's done. I wouldn't mind seeing Chad win a Super Bowl one day, but preferably not for Miami and not this year. He got his revenge against us, we all need to move forward. Jet fans have enough of a QB debate now with Chad safely in Miami for the forseeable future. Let's come back with a guy who can beat him and them when we need to next time.
