The title is the title of the article. This is how I post every article I post, I can't the take credit for the title that you want to give me. The fact that you responded the way you did based solely on the title is all I needed to know. Try reading the article and my posts next time and maybe you'll understand the point before calling me a clown.
What does any of that matter, you read my post which was perfectly relevant to your article based on the title you gave it, and your response to what I posted was totally off base. Again as long as there are titles calling people Chad lovers because they can acknowledge that he he is having a great season and posters like bb who judge and label fans then everything I posted belongs all over this thread. If you would have acknowledged that I would not have called you anything, but the conclusions you jumped to after reading my post was so ridiculous that I think the word clown was being kind. Sorry I don't have the time to read through all of this garbage, I have spent too much time in here already, my point was proven long ago, just read 99% of big beasts posts again, if you don't get it well I feel for you then, I really do.
You never heard about the 'don't bet on 21' speech Mangenius gave to BF? His performance actually went down after that speech.
Your real problem is you staked your reputation as a knowledgeable fan on Chad Hatred. The success that Penny is having with the Dolphins exposes you as someone who doesn't really know what he's talking about.
I have gone back and forth with Seafood and Junc and others on Chad for years now. We get heated I would say there are heat of the moments were blows might be thrown if I wasn't laughing so hard. No way are they not huge Jets fans. Fact the reason we had our own destiny in our hands is the Dolphins were good enough to beat the Pats but not good enough to beat us so far. The Dolphins have done nothing this season to keep us out of the playoffs except help us by beating the Pats. The Jets have put themselves in position to have to back in. There is no doubt if we won on Sunday to keep pace and control our own destiny that with the exception of maybe one or two hard core Chad lovers this board would be blazing with pro Jets anti dolphin threads. The fact is our own team let us down and short of a miracle this may well be a meaningless game for the Jets. That's not any Jets fans fault thats the fault of the team that has played tight, crappy football for 4 weeks now and has set off frustration and anger among all of us regardless of our Favre/Chad position. There is no reason for people not to believe we would have done better or not with Chad and there is no reason if we lose for people to honestly prefer that the Dolphins get in rather than the Pats because Chad was our QB for a long time. If you can't handle the I told you so threads that are going to pop up don't post. The fun of this place is having the balls to take a position and back it up. If it doesn't work out take the shot. If you hang around long enough and take a position you're going to be right sometimes and wrong sometimes. Its all opinion and fun, enjoy and don't be such a pussey if Pennington ends up on top...this year.
That's not true at all, the TC reports said KC was an interception machine and Penny was playing well.

Well said, I totally agree. As I mentioned to Big Blocker, I was called out by name in a thread about the position I took on Favre before we got him. I was happier then to be wrong and called out than I am now that Miami and Chad have the upper hand, even though I still like Chad better than Favre. It's just the way it goes, but I would rather be wrong and grilling steaks at home playoff games than be right and be watching Miami in the playoffs on TV. This message board is not as big a part of my life as the Jets themselves are and attending the games.
Thanks Winston. Seafood was called out in a thread dedicated to him a month ago and he was as happy as could be. I was telling everyone I was wrong and couldn't have been happier. I want this team to win, I want Favre to play well and lead us to wins. I am frustrated we aren't winning w/ a team that we should be winning w/. I hope we beat Miami and NE loses, there's is nothing more I want this weekend than for that to happen.

When you're gone...you're gone. At times (very beginning) I loved what Chad could do, but when the pimples showed up, I got pissed. But I've done that with every QB since Joe! This Sunday I want to see Chad's jersey covered with grass stains from being sacked and pressured out of any comfort zone. Of course that's my desire for opposing QB's on EVERY game day. If you want to show him any love, wait till after the game is over and the JETS have destroyed him. Then be humble and wish him a speedy recovery and good luck next year.
You know, a lot of people here have been griping and complaining about what could have been. Why is it that some of you people who see nothing but desperation and doom are so willing to look at the best case scenario if we had a different player in a particular position? Hell There's no guarantee the Jets would have had a better record if Chad were still the quarterback. It's easy to enough to blame Favre for all of our losses, but this is a TEAM sport folks. If the defense could have stopped the offense of the Chargers and the Broncos we could be 11 - 4. Hell if the play calling was better from the coaching staff we could be 15 - 0. Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda... blah blah blah! There's no reason to think Chad would have given us a better record than what we currently have. Here's to a a Jets win over the Dolphins and a Patriots loss to Bills for the Division title! GO JETS!
