Oh they can talk about them( no problem with that ) It's the "WAY" they talk about them. You're hearing it here 1st QUINN WON'T WIN THE HEISMANN!!
To say that ND or PS is the clear-cut favorite to win is retarded, it's going to be a very tough game. Btw, how many does ND Stadium fill? We play in the Big Ten so we're used to 100,000+ hostile fans (see Michigan and Ohio State). And I don't think Brady Quinn wins the Heisman this year, a guy like Troy Smith whose team will likely run the table in an elite conference (ranked by most #2 behind SEC) + Texas will win. I just don't see OSU losing this year, unfortunately
ND Stadium is an intimidating place, its not like PSU's home, or the Horseshoue or Big House. It holds 82,000 but its not an easy place for visitors to play.
gonna need a few of those beers to see something like that happen hahaha...ND will prevail in a close game, Brady will live up to the Heisman hype for the first game this year, Notre Dame Stadium will be rockin'..GO IRISH
Never! Learn the team. One of many ND traditions is that the players play as a team. Just another old history story.
They used to have names on the jerseys. That whole thing about "we're a team- not individuals" is moronic. What, the players are carbon copies of each other?
I was referring to both. I just don't like that particular "tradition." "We can't put names on the jerseys. We're not individuals. We're a team." Get the f out of here with that. Of course the players are individuals. They are human beings. They are not robots. As a viewer, I'd like to know the names of the players. Plus, a nameless jersey doesn't look nice. Hopefully, ND will once again put names on their jerseys. I don't hold out any hope for the Nits. Notre Dame 27, Penn State 16.
The bet should be that, if Dino loses, he has to show everyone his boobs; and if PF4JETS loses, she has to stop drinking for a month. That's the gist of it. I hope I got that right - I was writing it down fast as I could as Badger was dictating it to me.
Corso's flip-floppin' again. For the past few days he picked ND to win, then just a few minutes ago, he picked PSU in the upset. I like his latest prediction.
