I give the Lions the edge here cause theres no way that Irish secondary can cover Derek Williams and Deon Butler. PSU wins 27-21
I don't think PSU comes into South Bend and wins. As poorly as Notre Dame played against GT the first half last week they wound up only being down 3 at the midway point. Won't be able to pull that against Penn State, but the second half you saw glimpses of what everyone expected Notre Dame's offense to be this year. Notre Dame 24, Penn State 16
Brady Quinn showed that if you put some pressure on him, he can't perform. Georgia Tech got tired and PSU's defense is better by leaps and bounds. They'll keep the pressure on him and force them to try to run the ball. Poz and Connor won't allow that to happen though. The only thing I'm really concerned about is PSU's run game which looked like crap. We've got three of the best receivers in the country and they're only sophomores! If we can keep the pressure off of Morelli and the O-line can do a better job of opening up some holes, PSU will give ND a definite run for their money.
Brady Quinn had a bad game but last year against many blitzing teams he still performed well. He also had a better 2nd half. I also wouldnt be too quick to knock Georgia Tech's defense, they raped Miami last year on d. However I am worried about Morelli getting tons of time as Nd;s d-line didnt create too much pressure. Should be a good game.
No matter how you look at it, this is going to be an insanely close game that goes down to the wire. I do know that if Anthony Morelli is using his strong arm effectively, Penn State will be extremely hard to beat, and vise versa. A lot of a pressure to put on a kid, but he's a junior and has sat behind a few pretty good QBs and I have pretty strong confidence in him going into Saturday. WE ARE PENN STATE!

I know, the last PS outcome was similar as well, I was kidding. I bought season tix for RU the year they played ND in New Brunswick for that game alone and a good friend of mine decided to get married the day of the game so I didnt make it anyway. Four years at RU and that was going to be the first game I was actually planning on going into.
I'm giving the nod to Penn State - To hell with ND, freaking media already giving them a National Chiampionship,& Quinn the Heisman. Plus my friend played for Penn State back in the day He was #43 Phil Yaboa Kodie...look him up...he was a very good OLB
