I was at the game in Section 311 and saw only two Idzik towels. He's probably coming back . OH THE PAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Billboard boy personally met and spoke with tens of thousands of fans in the parking lot, though, just like a regular rockstar. Don't believe what you saw. The organization obviously needs him.
Watched the game and I was wondering where all the towels were. Didn't see any white ones either so I guess itsa wash. I wonder if CBS decided not to pan the crowd as to not embarrass the organization. I did read where Woody and his fam were on the jumbotron wishing everyone a great holiday season and wound up getting booed mercilessly. Way more effective than the towels evidently.
I read that too. Definitely more affective than towels. Did the announcers even make any mention of it? I mean kudos to the fire Idzik guys for going out and fighting for something they believe in. But it sounds like it fell on deaf ears.
maybe there wasn't many towels being waved because the stadium was mostly patriot fans? you guys ever think of that? Why would they want Idzik fired... they like us in last place. Also - empty seats can't wave a towel
Wrong. The only people I actually saw waving the towels were patriots fans as a way to mock the Jets. They probably got the towels because they were strewn about all over the parking lot in the tunnels leading to the stadium. I saw maybe three Jets fans even holding the towels let alone waving them or displaying them.
Just saw the YouTube video. How could they even post that without being embarrassed? There's about eight people total involved. One of the guys a screaming "we could've had Revis" which tells you all you need to know about how little these guys understand.
look the entire house needs to be cleaned idzik, rex and geno. How are you going to get a harbaugh for example with idzik there? Idzik shit the bed with the team this yr and while rex has had his moemnets ultimately geno did him in with all those freaking turnovers and someone either rex or idzik running the living turn over back out. no back up qb that's on the gm, no corners, gm again, bad time outs poor game plans Rex. Genos stats in two years below with this years qbr being 29 yeah that is a step up guys Geno sucks and our failures can be traced to this guy being forced into playing Mind you his is missing only 2 starts from Sanchez's first to years and has already out turned overed him......unless Geno throws for 7 tds he won't match the tds from Sanchez's first tow yrs. If you ran Sanchez out of town for being bad how do you defend geno GP CMP ATT CMP% YDS AVG TD LNG INT FUM QBR RAT Career 29 446 785 56.8 5,213 6.64 22 69 34 7 -- 68.4
That was a short edit of the entire video that you watched. We havent posted the whole video yet... And there were 15,000 of them inside the stadium... Why listen to any of the reporters who covered the story, Ray Lucas's postgame comments on SNY about how shocked he was to see so many inside the stadium or believe the hundreds of photos that we have posted though from people throughout the parking lot & inside the stadium? We only gave away 3 or 4 towels. It is hilarious the lengths people go to to try and support their failing argument. We already took accountability for not organizing a time for everybody to wave them. That was our mistake. But to say you didn't see any if you were at the game is just not the truth.
Anything less then a complete organizational cleanse would be a mistake. The only man left standing should be Woody, and that's only because he won't fire himself.
I was at the game, like I always am, and I saw 1 towel a guy had hanging out the back of his sweatshirt, that's it. I also listen to the game on radio while im at the game and heard no mention of anything related to anyone waving yellow towels. One thing I did notice was A LOT of Pats fans.
Why not listen to the reporters or Ray Lucas? Because I was there, and I have two eyes. I saw towels being stepped on all over the place, I saw Pats fans making a mockery of the Jets by using them, I saw people cleaning mustard off their shirts with them. I don't think it's a coincidence that every single person who was at the game is saying the same thing.
One guy next to me in 128, who is one of the only Jet fans that had a towel in the building. Just admit defeat. You guys tried and now look foolish. Sweet Daily News article too... quoting two people, picturing two people. You really had the masses on your side.
D haha... Whatever you say, man. No longer engaging you with your distorted sense of reality. Feel free to say whatever else you would like. In the real world, it means nothing.
Towels or no towels the jets will always be a mockery until the right people are in place to lead this organization to consistent winning seasons. Which isn't likely to happen any time soon.
