Here come the Pat trolls! How many of you were "fans" during their years of mediocrity?

    a) understood, my point is that when you say things like " any means necessary ( no matter how dirty and illegal" you act like the pats have been accused of violent on-field infractions like this before, which they have not.

    b) do you think that possibly shaun hill might have been a classic sore loser and exaggerated things a bit?

    c) if you are going to forever blame the jets' incompetence on a single infraction that the pats were punished for, go ahead, just don't expect any sympathy from the rest of us who learned to accept responsibility for our own success and failures back in kindergarten

    A) Don't tell me what I am insinuating or the intention of my words, my words speak for themselves.

    B) I haven't a clue of Shaun Hill's mindset perhaps your degree in psychology can shed some light on this?

    C) I never blamed The Jets wins or losses on the Pats cheating. Fact remains they were found guilty and punished accordingly.

Hill played with a cast on his arm, and was using that arm to carry the ball on that play. In the NFL, that's like playing with a bullseye on it, and it doesn't matter what team you're talking about.

I'll have you know I was a fan when the sucked to the tune of 2-12 in the 60's and early 70's!

Back then we would've been thrilled with mediocrity!

Yeah, but they jumped to 6-8 Plukett's rookie year! Then went back down again for a few more.

    The Patriot Act

Then: Don Hasselbeck's (Patriots) season-ending cheap shot on Joe Klecko (Jets)

Now: Brandon Merriweather's (Patriots) helmet-to-helmet cheap shot on Tood Heap (Ravens).

It's who they are, then and now.

At least the Jets bring some cachet to the art form: "personal foul on number 99 (Gastineau mistakenly blamed for Lyon's penalty)....he was givin' him the business."

Hell, the New England Patriots are to videotapping what Chuck Berry is to "cinematography"

You had to go back to Don Hasselback to find another cheap shot? Keep your day job.

Rodney Harrison tried to injure Bobby Wade in a pile-up after a play had ended.

Harrison got what was coming to him on the next play when Wade knocked him out for the year.

Why? Is this a contest and is there a prize involved?

Hey Clang, the Hasselbeck reference (btw, it's "Hasselbeck") was to illustrate the Pats long-standing cheap shot legacy. So dial it down Spanky.
