So, you posted that right after the season in which we appeared to be making strides and beat you once in the regular season. Got it. Again, the majority of your posts are dismissive and gloating. So sorry that your expressed desire for more competitive divisional matchups reeks of hollowness and posturing.
Brady is a winner. If your argument is that the Patriots would not have been a better team with Brady then you don't know shite.
you asked why I didn't post similar feelings in 07 and I showed you I did. Still not happy? who gives a shit?
Like I always tell Patriot fans. Send Christmas cards and Write Mo Lewis into your will. For It was the Jets that have trusted you to the path of greatness. Now we will take it away and walk the path of our own!
There is just so much arrogance in your first post. You try to sound like you are just looking for good games but never think about why you really want this. You don't want to watch good games and see the Pats lose right? No, of course you don't. You assume that even if the division gets better the Pats will still be above everybody. I'de be careful with what you wish for because as the rest of the division gets better and catches up to you there will start to be strings of no-playoff seasons in new england.
Riiight. Clearly I was referring to the calendar year and not the season. How intelligent you Pats fans are. You were trying to make me happy? What a pathetic excuse for a rivalry you're trying to make this. You Pats fans are like a little boy who finds his dad's porn. He didn't know it existed, doesn't know what to do with it, but everybody seems all impressed so he parades it around and gloats to his friends. Then he gets so scared when he finally gets discovered and gets it taken away that he has to pretend he didn't like it to begin with.
That is a cop-out. The Pats didn't lose that game because of QB play or anything regarding the offense. The Jets made the plays when they had to, and came out on top. Brady or not, you had 400 YDS and 3 TDs from your QB that day. The Jets won. Cassell tied the game with an amazing throw to end regulation. I suppose Brady's presence would have put an extra 5 minutes on the clock and allowed NE to score TWO more TDs, because the Jets would have scored one, as well, based on how your D was playing that day.
How telling that you couldn't dispute the point. Not surprising in the slightest. I'm guessing that before 2001, your definition of "Pats" was "one out of every 3 guys in Southie." The football team likely never came to mind. Or perhaps you waited until they actually won the Super Bowl before you discovered the team. Probably more likely than you jumping on the bandwagon while they were turning around that season.
I'm 56, saw Joe Willie play against the Pats at least 4 times in person. I'm positive I've been to more JETS games than you have.
