Serious question. Please don't make fun of me. But does US judiciary system get involved in this or no?

In Europe, each time a corruption happens, judiciary system gets involved and puts things where they belong. This thing shouldn't be left to Goodell and maybe a civil case should be brought on these cheating bastards. As a fan I feel like I should have watched a non cheating team in last years Superbowl.

If this happened in Saddam's Iraq, Bellichick and Kraft would have been hanged.

If this happened in Stalin's Soviet Republic they would have been killed by firing squad.

If this happened in today's Italy, both would have been jailed and Pats would have been thrown out of the league.

If this happened in France or England, same things in Italy would have happened.
