Patriots are in Sole Possesion of Last Place

I was definitely ready to lower my expectations and just except the team for what they were after the week 4 game but, so far, it's resembled what happened after the 2010 beatdown from the Browns. NE rarely sweeps the division and seems to always have a head scratcher to a pretty bad team each season. Almost got blown out by the Browns again last season, had to pull, I believe, a double digit comeback aided by an onside kick recovery and a somewhat questionable PI call in the endzone in less than 2 minutes or something like that.

 

Oh I remember that Cleveland game well,was pissed as all hell on that PI call and I also believe they only have 3 regular season home losses in the past 5 seasons,crazy!

 

Yeah, for all the talk that the Seahawks get, NE has the best home record in the NFL in recent history, and probably the best home record since Brady took over. They don't lost too many games in Foxboro.

 

Except in the playoffs

 

Update: A little more than half way through the season, and they have a 2 game lead on the division. For those who took this seriously, shame on you. You should know better.

I think the fans of more than a few teams would be able to live withtheir team choking to the tune of 3 afc championship appearances and a sb appearance in the last 3 years.

 

I remember another team's fan base boasting about making it to back to back AFC championship games but the team escapes my mind at the moment.
