How can he only be considered for FB when he's that athletic? He can move too well to be stuck run blocking, H-Back maybe but not FB, at least not in any traditional sense. Asking Tebow to block is just wasting offensive talent on the field. I think he'd be the perfect player to run the wildcat.

As for White, he's accurate and he has a decent arm but the things that worry me the most are size/durability and his willingness to stay in the pocket longer instead of try and run with the ball.

Wrong on all levels. He's agreed to work out at his pro day as a WR. And he was the MVP of the Senior Bowl.

He's looked great in drills today, and the analysts are gushing over him. He could be a QB at the next level.

So do all athletes......cough, cough.... Gholston last year:).

Pat White will be better suited as a WR and occasionally a wildcat in the NFL.

Whoever drafts White should do so as a QB/WO. The team should tell him that he will have a chance to compete for a backup QB slot, but if he wants to see the field as a rookie it will be as a special teamer/wideout/single wing tailback.

i tell you what, he did everything right today. He's got a pretty good arm. I wouldn't mind him on my team. I think this kids got a lot of potential. Even at QB.

I was most impressed by Pat White. He will make any team better.
He is just that kind of player.

I could see the Dolphins picking him up with their second round pick in the draft

When asked to pass more in his senior year he did very well. He had a couple bad reads but will get a lot better w/ an NFL caliber QB coach. Neither success nor failure as a QB is guaranteed. But he is a winner and a great athlete (neither of which can be taught). As a WVU fan my dream scenario is the Texans drafting him to rejoin Steve Slaton. If I remember correctly, Kubiak is a highly-regarded QB coach.
If our Jets got him I would be elated also.

I love Pat White the college player. I loved Vince Young too. Vince Young > Pat White, and VY is not very good in the pros.

Secondly, the wildcat was an effective gimmick early in the season, and then stopped working. It is not going to be used very much at all so let's stop building our teams around the wildcat.
