I was there a few years ago. The Fountain of Youth was pretty underwhelming, but everything else was cool. Like the fort. the old town is very good. I like this Irish bar on the waterfront near the fort, served good pub food. We also had two nice dinners. We went out to the beach, and at high tide there was none. Heh. Definitely worht a visit.
