PLEAAAAAAAAASE. PLEAAAAAASE SIGN HIM JETS!!! No really. I would love nothing more than the Jets to sign Pacman. Not only does he suck, he's a cancer.
Just what the Jets need right now: an egotistical prima donna who thinks the rules don't apply to him and is too stupid to avoid kicking away 60 million dollars over the course of his career so he can go feel up the $5 hookers in the back alleys when his money runs out, which is going to be soon. Self destructive behavior always reflects on the team sooner rather than later. Pacman leaves the Titans and they soar. He joins the Cowboys and they flop. Surprise, surprise.
How many INTs has he recorded? How many game breaking plays has he made? I'm not sure where the "amazing" comes in, but HELL NO.
Besides the fact that he's an idiot and a criminal - he's not that good. He was constantly burned in Dallas, and prob is no better than the #2 db's we have on the team
We are talking about Pacman's ability to play football not his personal life. It's like saying if Ray Lewis was a free agent don't go after him cause he's a murder.
He's not all that great, so I don't even see the point. Why take a mediocre back with the potential for being great, but always F's up outside of work? It's totally not worth it.
Not even close. First of all, Ray Lewis never murdered anyone, nor was he suspected of doing so. He was suspected of trying to cover up a murder he did not commit, which he was never actually found guilty of. (I don't think he was ever even charged.) Pacman is a criminal. And a repeat offender. And not even fit to sniff the jockstrap of Ray Lewis in terms of football talent. Your comparison doesn't work.
Pacman's personal life is about to permanently impact on his ability to play football. Anybody who picks him up is a certified imbecile.
Pacman was never convicted of a felony, and I didn't really agree with his suspension for a whole season before a trial ever took place. That said, hell no, we shouldn't bring him in.
