i dont give a damn tbh.. not our fault NYG, Miami, Dallas, Philly, Indy, and a few others all shit the bed. These were supposed to be good teams... and we were just a 4-12 team... so fuck it. a year ago we were still worse than all those records you listed. so im happy.
You can only play who's in front of you Bills had same schedule and are 6-8..coming down from 9-7 last year
If we look at previous Jets teams who also had "easy" schedules and ended up with sub .500 records, 9-5 ain't too shabby coming off a 4-12. As mentioned, it's all relative and considering their level of play this season, the team is pretty much where it should be in the standings.
Wild. But, that's way it goes. Last year was a hard as hell schedule and we lost like 6 or 7 games by one score. Shit tends to even out.
+200 This is the NFL, not the Ohio Valley Conference. Lotsa teams are better than their record IMO but winning teams rarely are worse then they appear no matter who they played in this League. Like Bowles says every game can be winnable/losable Like Fitz says things can change so fast each week, during game etc In the end, Vegas does all the research with the power rankings and the stats and you get your pointspread So what I am focused on right now is a +3 point difference between us and the Hated Ones (the Super Bowl Champs) If you dont think we have come along way to earn that respect dunno where ya bin Imagine being Balt at home +10 1/2 versus your rivals
Next year we play teams like Cinci,Seatlle,Arizona ,Pitt ....not gonna be fun but every year is diffrent ,Im curious to see what Macs offseason plans are
