it was a poor "description" when you said because at the time you made your post, it was common knowledge he did try and trade up to the 1 and 2 spot but was declined. So essentially you got mad at him, for not doing something, that he actually did do, you just weren't aware of.
He was either late or clueless. Cleveland traded with Buffalo. If they draft was so important and with all in trades being compared to carson Went, Macc should have went for it lock stock and barrel. What he did was tease because I'm not thinking Allen was his guy and darnold and Rosen were the ones everyone was talking about. He did this all before the pro days. Now teams and pundits think Allen might go #1. I love this time of the year and this last month should be exciting so Solid we will just have to wait and see. I'm not thrilled about making the pick and sitting out the draft till the 3rd round.

Not when you posted this and even now I see no news of cleveland trading their 1 pick to buffalo so no idea what you are talking about here. do you have a source? how did he tease? he tried to trade up to 1, Cleveland declined, he tried to trade up to 2, NYG declined, he tried to trade up to 3 and IND accepted. it takes 2 teams to trade, you can't fault mac for 2 teams not wanting to move down. he did everything he could to land us in a position to get our FQB. that's all you can ask for. He also made a huge offer to kurt, but was turned down for less money to go to a team better suited to win a SB over the next 2 years. You can't fault him for that either. He shed dead weight and replaced aging players with better, cheaper younger players. He used the money to improve the o-line and sign one of the best Cbs in the league and the top FA ILB who is only 26. he got us cheap insurance for enunwa with pryor and even got QB insurance taking a stab at teddy. He's literally done an excellent job this off season so far. I cna't see how anyone else could say otherwise
