Alright, all the games are at 1 oclock. Im 100% postive the Ravens will beat the Bengals and either the Broncos or Raiders will lose.

Im worried about the Texans game. Its in Houston, hopefully they actually try to win. Of course we need to beat the Phins which wont be easy.

I'm actually not too upset about this loss. Yea you will hear all the giants fans running their mouths but that will go away pretty quick when you look at the fact that this team really isn't any good or has anything to brag about. Our offense is atrocious. This team really does not deserve to be in the playoffs. They love to shoot themselves in the foot. The same old jets showed up today in full effect. That fumble at the goal line was absolute proof. I prefer we don't make the playoffs so we can rid Schottenheimer and make the necessary cuts and signings.

making or missing the playoffs isn't going to be the deciding factor in whether Schotty stays or goes.

we could win next week and still miss the playoffs, or win and make the playoffs, so making the playoffs has nothing to do with Schotty at this point.

    Rex at the press conference:

"The Giants are the best team in NY."

That is painful to have to listen to. This loss fucking hurts.

Why don't you crawl back under the rock you came out from under. If the Jets make the playoffs they'll be tough to beat. All you non-believers know where you can go.

Even just making the playoffs isn't enough, they would need to win a game which looks doubtful.

I agree with this lol. No signature wins. Nothing impressive. Defense is suspect at times.

I do expect houston to take a dump on themselves and lose to the titans.

Seahawks were not a playoff team last year. Neither was Green Bay according to everyone because of all their injuries...

That said, the Jets have not shown me anything to show they can start clicking for 4 games.

that is just as ridiculous as saying they won't beat Miami.

what about how this team has played this season even remotely indicates that they would somehow be a tough team to beat in the playoffs, considering they haven't been very tough to beat in the regular season?

6 of our 7 losses have been by more than a TD, and 5 have been by 10 points or more. doesn't seem like good teams have trouble beating us at all.

Being as optimistic as possible, I don't see any way the Titans lose to a Texans team with TJ Yates and nothing to play for. I can conceivably see everything else happening except for that.

Houston still has momentum to play for. no team wants to end the season with two straight losses.

The only scenario I can see was mentioned on NFL network on Thursday which was you want TJ Yates to be in as many situations as possible before the playoffs. The best way to do this is to play him all the time to end the season and give him more experience. That is the only way I can see that happening.

of course Houston needs to give him game experience. he just lost to the Colts for crying out loud. they are screwed if they are more concerned about possible injuries than the need to get their QB game experience. Houston will be playing to win next week.

I honestly see the Jets losing to Miami next week. The way we're playing right now we couldn't stop the Rams.
