You obviously didn't watch Taylor play, not only is he the best linebacker of all time, he's the best defensive player in NFL history and it's not even close. Joe Gibbs invented the 2-tight end formation just to stop LT, and as good as he was at rushing the passer, he was just as good against the run and in coverage. Ray Lewis is the best middle linebacker I've ever seen, but thats only because I'm too young to have watched Dick Butkus play.
my internal over/under on when this would get brought up was 3 hours, and I had the under...but I am glad this isn't the first thing that comes to people's minds whenever his name is brought up anymore Whether or not you think he was guilty of that, the man has spent his life since that point rehabilitating his image, and I think it's worked out quite nicely
Only because I was in college in Atlanta at the time, it was a fairly big deal down here, and unfortunately yes, I'll always remember that when I see him. But that doesn't mean I think its right
