only reason i didn't gothat way is because i didn't think they would go a division game so early.

after thinking about it,i'd go with your idea.
    good call

What would Philadelphia have to do w/ it? Shanksville, PA is nowhere near Philly.

I don't think it's a terrible idea on the surface but there is a reason the league has never scheduled Jets-Giants at night. I think it would get out of hand and be a balck eye for NY fans. I'd also like to see both NY teams have a chance to win on that date. I just don't want to see it, that game should be in Oct/Nov at 1PM.

They probably wouldn't sell alcohol if it were a primetime game. Like the last game of the 2009 season against the Bengals. That would help.... a little.

That would just mean most people would get even more drunk in the parking lot. The Cincy game was a celebration of making the playoffs so everyone was happy, if the Jets and Giants meet the Stadium will be almost 50/50 w/ alot of angry drunks.

well hopefully people can keep their cool considering the day. but i see your point considering it will be the first game of the season, a primetime game, and the jets vs giants.

anyways, it may not even happen if they don't sign off on a new agreement.

if they were the only option to represent ny then that would be a valid argument.but considering the scenario i put out there philly would be the pa. representitive if they wanted to do something like that. my apologies for not spelling it out better for you

It is never going to end people died jackhole get used to it. People lost family members on that day and you dumb it down and complain about it. What the fuck is wrong with you? No matter what you or anybody else thinks was the cause of this tragedy it happened. Just show some respect for the people who spent the last moments of their time on earth knowing they were going to die.

You guys do realize that by slamming me you're jinxing the Jets 2011 season, right? Good, just wanted to clarify that and make you aware of it.

Give me all the examples how your life has changed because of this..what a bunch of bullshit this is. I love people that throw around how they lost their civil liberties...you cant even define what that term even means.

This could be one of the dumbest...if not the dumbest posts of the year.
