Those stupid wins last year are what cost us Mariota. The Titans were never trading the pick. Had we not beaten the Titans and Dolphins, we would have finally had a franchise qb. Instead, we have Ryan Fitzpatrick. Ugh.

I said all of last year that Winston was a sure-fire bust and Mariota was going to be a stud, and after 1 game, that looks very accurate.

 

I get it, Mariota is nice and I wanted him too but some of you annoint QB's like they are hall of famers right away.

We missed out on a another QB the Titans took ahead of us and one most of us wanted...Vince Young. We missed on Reggie Bush too

Premature Ejaculation, as always. If he comes out and doesn't perform as well the next couple of games, those that said he wasn't ready yet could be right.

We got the best player in the draft in Leonard Williams. If Bryce and Maudlin come along it could be the best class we've had since like 2000.

 

Aside from being really "raw" he seems to have a lot of trouble taking snaps from center and dropping back from center.

He may never learn that.

I wanted Mariota soo bad... The big cat was a great consultation prize and is most likely why we didn't make the huge trade the Titans would of wanted.. RG3 esc was the price imo

 

No regrets. The only time I have any regrets is when we passed on very obvious stars and, surprise surprise, they ended up as stars elsewhere. Basically, like what's happened in just about every draft save for a few. No regrets on not pulling a Ditka.
