Mangini's praiseworthy loss http://www.clevelandreboot.com/2009/10/first-steps-browns-bengals-recap.html Honestly, the guy loses another one but he's now being praised because he took them into over time. One Browns poster even said I don't have any beef with the Browns, but I really don't like Mangini for how he treats his players and hope he loses every game this year. I just want him to get canned week six and hopefully no other coach will ever act like him again. Seriously though, they play the Ravens next week, so thats 0-5 right there. Also the Browns need a real genius to get them out of this mess, not the likes of Mangina.
Actually, the Browns play the Bills and have a decent chance of winning if they play as hard as they did yesterday. The Ravens play the Bengals. I dislike mangina as much as anyone (probably more) , but I feel for the Browns fans, because they are a very hardcore dedicated bunch... and that city could really use some good news.
Do any of the fans mention how he gave up in regulation and punted from the Bengals 40 with only about 20 seconds left because he was afraid of failing, and then went 3 and out in every overtime series? Not only is he an antisocial weirdo that alienates everyone, but he is a spineless loser of a coach that will always play it safe, no matter how bad the team is and how little it has to lose.
I don't care what he does, good or bad. He did some good things here but I'm a lot happier with Rex Ryan.
Mangini is doing a really shitty job with that team, it's not like they're completely void of talent there's some decent players on that squad. Oh well
with the Jets it was: he's not doing a totally awful job, there is a lot of talent on that team. what a boob.
Mangini is F--ked!! Browns Neglect to Give James Davis Pads During Drill. Davis' Shoulder Goes Boom. http://www.sportingnews.com/blog/th...s_pads_during_drill._davis_shoulder_goes_boom.
In order for that to be true he would have needed to take over a team that was at least mediocre. IMO that Pete Carroll Jets team was leaps and bounds ahead of Romeo Chub's Browns team last year.
I'm sure there was a lesson of maturity, professionalism and self-responsibility in that drill. blowing out his shoulder will only make Davis a better man and player. don't question Mangini's methods, there is a practical madness to it.
ok am i missing something? was james made to do the drill without pads? was the other guy told to hit him without pads? this whole story just doesnt make any sense to me.
