Ok, so I spent hours over the weekend painting my deck. Here is what it looks like, I only took one pic for some reason. Next weekend I want to get the railings done (painting them a lighter color)
I have a part-time job at Lowes in the paint department so I'm pretty much an expert on this shit lol. We sell a ton of Rescue It and I have yet to hear any complaints about it and have heard tons of good things. Any specific questions and I will be glad to answer them.
It looks fantastic! I decided to ditch my guy for the staining and will do it myself starting this weekend as I hear the weather will be fabulous. I thought the $600 price tag he gave me included the stain. After he was done power washing this past Saturday, he said, "go ahead and buy whatever stain you want to" I'm like wait!, I have to fork over nearly $500 for stain and then give this guy $600 to apply it?? I'm not rolling that loaded now.
I am going to try to finsh up my deck today. I did a lot yesterday and Saturday. I just have one side railing left to do and some touch up spots.
