It gets a little better all the time. The newer "reverts" are better than the old "reverts." His basic arm motion is not going to change much, but if he can fix his feet and body to go with it, that's what matters.
Can he get the ball from point A to point B consistently...that's what really matters, not how it looks. Of course, fixing his footwork will go a long way to help this though...
I'm kind of split. On one hand, I'm with you and am just waiting for the other shoe to drop. On the other, if he has changed his view, it's actually nice that he manned up and said so.
Yep, consistency has been his main problem. If he gets that down, then he can work on gaining better accuracy.

Thank u...but what funny is a kid I coach is a big Tebow fan and he ask me about if he will be a starting QB in NFL. I told him no and ever since u been trying to convince me he will be. So I told him we will get tape on Tebow and I wanted him to show me why he thought he would. He my starting QB and I thought it would be a good learning tool for him.

If you watched his tape last season in Denver, he obviously tried too hard not to get picked. So there were tons of low throws to the dirt and laughable throws far away from receivers. These things may contributed 10% to 20% of his incompletions. I think this is fixable by good coaching staffs. His completion rate can easily raise to 60%, although he will throw more INTs. His long passes are always above average. If he can make above average short passes, he will be a real deal. I see encourage signs.
