Jets Will Not Pick Leinart The Jets, who have spent the last 4 seasons with a QB whose weaknesses are arm strength and injuries to his throwing shoulder are going to pick a QB with an average to weak arm and who has had two shoulder surgeries and then elbow tendonitis this Spring. I don't think so. That would be like owning a car that needed repeated brake jobs and then buying a new car to replace it that Consumer Reports indicates has bad brakes. If the Jets pick a QB, it will be Cutler. I think the Jets will pass on a QB because Young is not a Tangini player and Leinart comes with the same issues that plague Pennington. Plus Pro Football Weekly just stated that Chow is passing on Leinart because he knows his weaknesses and that his success was based on superior personnel in college and not superior ability.
i wouldnt say that leinhart has an arm like pennington i dont think anyone had an arm like pennington at one point
