We could have easily lost to Miami if Pennington had not been so off-target in the first half when he missed a lot of open receivers. How did the fins run for so many yards with a QB who can't throw deep? I thought all the patsies had to do was play eight in the box and let Chad beat them? I enjoyed Bilichick post game interview. The guy looked like a real sore loser. Maybe it wasn't Chad that was bad with the Jets afterall but maybe the play calling which looks a lot like Herm was still here.
How about for Ricky Williams? Did you see the block on Vrabel on Ronnie's long TD run? He dove at Vrabel's leg and took him out. Rodney Harrison said it was "dirty" Yeah.
wow, a lot of hate in here! first off, you guys are very welcome! second, while we're all enemies in the AFCE, we all root for each other when we play the Pats, because lets face it, we all hate the Pats more than anyone else. I rooted for you guys in week 2, even after you had just beaten us. thanks to those of you who have taken the high-road, thank you and you are welcome!
I still can't believe BB fell for the same trick play over and over. I mean it was like, ok Ronnie taking the snap again, there's no way this is going to work, they can't be that stupid. Oh wait nevermind TD! The best part is these first 3 games are the easiest on NE's schedule. I hope every game they play from here on out opposing teams run it up for what BB did to teams last year and expose him for the phony who isn't shit when the GOAT is injured and he's not cheating.
i honestly think this is not going to go down as a simple trick play. Im going to guess that in the next couple weeks you will see Ronnie Brown take the snap, with ricky and pennington as split backs. Brown will have the option to keep it and go up the middle, hand it off to ricky to go outside or hand it off to pennington to take a shot down field. That setup will make it impossible to keep 8 men in the box. At that point teams will not have the option to stack the line and make pennington beat them
