We really have like four 6th rounders

 

The browns take Rodrick Johnson with our pick now why the fuck didn't we want him

 

The Browns took Roderick Johnson with the pick they got from us.

 

I never heard of him, but then I never even considered an OG this year for the Jets. Didn't have time to research lower round OG picks.

 

Guys come off it a sixth rounder next year is a lot more important than a lineman we could get now. We need a backup for Rosen or darnold as insurance

 

The Jets should have received a 4th next year. That's how it usually works. Mac is getting fleeced.

 

This makes no sense whatsoever. If the theory is "just take someone" then why the hell wouldn't you trade back and have the chance to "just take someone" twice? Foolish.

 

Again...a TWENTY SPOT drop. All these GM's can't wait to schnooker Mac, he's like the guy that can't make up his mind on who to pick so he keeps trading back to buy more time.

 

Well to be fair if they didn't get another pick this year then yeah they should have gotten a 4th but they did get another pick this year.

And where are people seeing we got a 5th anyway?

 

Well now I see they moved back further in this round. If it's a move back, plus a 5 next year, then that's a good trade. If.

 

I see that we got the Browns 5th. I thought it was a straight up trade for something next year. Moving down 20 spots and getting a 5th next year or something is not bad. I am pissed McNichols and Johnson came off the board right away.

OK Good, thanks, guys for the update on the trade info. Trading down and getting a 5th next year is nice.

 

Wow I was hoping for 181. Lol, did we really move back 20 spots just for a 6th rounder once again? So we are getting the same value trading down that we did in the 3rd round?!

So we didn't get the 5th next year? If all we got was another 6th, then that's another bad trade.
