it's a miracle they trail by only 7 at the half w/ all the BS calls going duke's way and the poor FT shooting.
thank you and ignore my whining ramblings, I need to vent and I can't yell at the TV w/ my kids sleeping just upstairs duke just went ice cold, I give some credit to the Carolina defense confusing them a little w/ the 1-3-1 but duke missed some very makeable shots. Marcus Paige just always seems to step up in big spots and what I am loving about this team is every night it's a different guy, last night McDonald who had been ice cold scored 21, the game before it was meeks. they aren't reliant on one or 2 guys(though they are reliant on paige in crunch time). It gets harder tomorrow, not a harder team but regrouping this fast after an emotional win then playing a 1 PM game against a bad Wake team. if they beat up Wake that will be a great sign.
Glad to see Dook go down after that nonsense they pulled last week, I watched a little of the game and it looked like when Dook got up double digits they would pull away with the way they were getting offensive boards. Saw some really terrible calls both ways but that 3rd on McAdoo was pure BS
for some reason McAdoo is getting these phantom calls game after game after game. the previous 2 he literally didn't touch the other player and got whistled. I have no idea what is going on.
Just saw that Cody Doolin has announced he will transfer to UNLV for his senior year, not really a big name but he was the starting PG for San Francisco this season (well for 4 games) but he is a bulldog. Could be exactly the type of player UNLV needs to make a run next season. Doug Gotlieb says picking him up is a bigger get than Rashad Vaughn.
From 15 minutes left to 6 minutes left duke didn't score one fg. That was the difference. Carolina couldn't score either, but duke was up by about 3 points throughout that entire 9 minutes. They should have pulled away right there. Can't wait to see Cincinnati vs Lousiville and Cuse vs duke tomorrow

Great finish to that Louisville and Cincinnati game. Russ smith hit a jumper with 2 seconds left to give them a 1 point lead. Louisville is playing some great basketball now. I hope we could somehow see those 2 play again later down the road.
It sucks SJU lost, but the fact of the matter is they really could have won and they shot 32% from the field! I have no doubt this team will win the rest of their remaining BE games and perhaps win the BE Tourney. This team will make the NCAAs.
