Yeah there is a replay where you see everyone's reactions. The Louisville bench all spin around in horror and try to distance themselves. A couple players on the court fall to the floor for Louisville. The kid who hit the shot put his hand to his face and turned away.
That's a legit army wound right there. Modern medicine will take care of him, not so sure about him mentally. Basketball players are pretty soft compared to football or hockey players so this has the potential for some serious lifelong trauma. Gotta wonder how his leg could break like that in a basketball game
Considering what he said while laying on the ground. "Guys come here...I'll be fine, I'll be fine. Go win this thing." Thats a strong kid right there
It's amazing how everyone (in the stands also) basically has the same reaction - putting their hands up to their faces and turning away. I'll bet everyone watching on TV had the same reaction too. I do remember Theisman's injury, and this was similarly gruesome.
So we have a 1,4,4,9. For a year of upsets and such, it would be kind of disappointing if the 1 seed took the championship
That 1 seed is far and away the best team right now, I will be surprised if Ul doesn't win but anything can happen.
I think its going to be Louisville vs Michigan. Both are hot right now...Wichita has a better chance of beating Louisville then Syracuse over Michigan I think. Burke playing like a top 3 pick
I think Syracuse has a better chance of winning than Wichita State. I don't give the Shockers much of a chance. Syracuse is about as good as Michigan. The key for Michigan is that Beilein finally started playing McGary. He should've been seeing regular minutes before the tournament.
Michigan at their peak is significantly better than SU but that stupid zone changes everything. Right now they are playing great defensively.
