Back to back years!!! Hopefully we can improve next year, but when you're in, you're in!!!

Looks like the Jets are headed to Kansas City. Where the Chiefs haven't lost all year.....

This team has the pieces to make a run. We'll find out whether or not they make the most of them. For now, this should be a relief more than a celebration.

    Whew, we're in!

Now it's time to buckle down and fix everything wrong with this team.

if we beat the Bills next week, does that negate all the "backed in" nancys here?

It is borderline retarded to call a team who clinches in Week 16, a team who backed in. There is still one more week of football. Obviously they earned it. The Steelers clinched when they lost last week. Its not backing in.

    Week 18 woot!

Defense sucked, but we played 2 road games against teams with 1st-round byes, and we won by 5 and lost by 4. Not bad, and Sanchez had a nice game, including Keller getting involved again (despite dropping the TD).

This is awesome the Jets are in for the second straight year. Although some fans posting on here think Rex is the worst coach ever and the Jets have no chance because we are backing in again. Fuck you haters! The Jets are going and anything can happen in the post season. Congrats! Jets you earned a spot in the playoffs.

i am not in the least bit excited that we clinched. yes, i am happy but I have no confidence in this team at all. Especially the d line. i am more worried then excited if anything.

Looks like its going to be KC in the playoffs barring a KC lost next week or Indy and SD winning out.

Honestly, if there is one team the Jets want in the Wild Card round, its the Chiefs. It is going to be a tough game though. Indy is just too good at home for me to want to go back there. KC is great at home too, but less experience since they haven't made the playoffs in years. Thomas Jones vs. his former team? Pretty sweet!!!

I think it'll be KC and they don't lose at home ... 7-0 so far this year

Im a darsider by nature but the term "backing in" is fucking sooo retarded. We won enough games to make the playoffs. Perios. It doesnt matter WHEN you win them. They all count equally. So stupid. Nevermind the fact that we have one more game to play.

I think I'd rather go to KC than Indy frankly. Playoffs are a different animal than regular season.

Greene needs to be the workhorse going forward. He is running with more power now and needs to be used. No excuses.

Keller needs to continue to be used.

The Defense... I don't know. The look great for the most part last week and like shit this week. This isn't simply due to Leonhard missing. Biggest ? going forward.
