I don't blame Rex for this one. I think he has a point in defending this draft class. Now "A+" is definitely a stretch but when you have 5 rookies making major contributions to your team...that speaks pretty well to your draft class. The media & the fan base are being unreasonable on their critiques. Everyone of these rookies had to compete for their starting job & won(Perhaps Milliner being the exception). WHen you start rookies you get alot of peaks & valleys. Frankly..I think the rookies have performed on par w/ how the rest of the team has from week to week. If you expected all 5 to come in & be world beaters right off the bat...you were kidding yourself. It doesn't work that way. 5 rookies starting & making major contributions is a positive thing for the future anyway you slice it.
If that article is not enough to show Rex has no fuck'n clue and should be fired I don't have any faith in this organization. The worse rated QB in the NFL who has been benched 3 times and a top pick at CB who has been benched 4 times and he calls it A+. What is a F in his book, because I would have wanted him for a teacher. Giving a little praise is one thing, but he is a moron. Can't wait to see his ass looking for a new job. When you have the worse QB in the NFL for three straight years and the two QBs were your picks or so he has said, you suck at being a HC.

Winters and Milliner's issues are mainly technique related. Provided they have the work ethic, the chance remains for them to get better as early as possibly next year. Geno and Bohannon, however, I'm not so sure. Geno plays such a challenging position and has so many things he need to work on and Bohannon doesn't have seem to have the dog in him to be a good blocker (leading or pass protecting). The other rookies were projects coming in. I think Aboushi might develop into a very good LG down the line; he needs to get stronger though.
People who thinks Bohannon is better than Connor are the same kind of people that would have ranked us as the worst team in the league. They looks at only the fantasy football numbers. He only looks better to you because he can catch the ball. The terminator brought more to the table, he was a far superior blocker and special teams player. Ideally, we would want Bohannon and Connor's baby as a FB, someone that can do everything.
how come all the other coaches can say anything they want and its "oh that's just coach speak" but anything rex says is absolutely the truths of all truths.? truth is no one knows what he really thinks about this draft class, and now no one is really talking about last weeks game or the game coming up. just how delusional rex is about the talent he acquired. but he is just a fat loud mouth bumbling idiot, no way he is trolling the media here, right?

You think so? I used to think the same thing. The only problem with loyalty is it adds fuel to the fire that he aint the brightest. ANother thing about loyalty. If Idzik keeps Rex and ANY part of it is that he appreciates Rex touting his draft picks, then we are in even worse trouble than it seems now.
