Every year the Red Sox and Yankees play there a few games where one team or the other team is awful. You can't look too deep into them either way. The Yankees could have easily won a few of the earlier games and then nobody would be talking about this streak. I wouldn't expect it to end tonight, though. You'll have to wait for Sabathia/Penny.
bwahahahah. I started out eating three burrito samples and hadnt had any cuban ot turkey sandwich samples. I didnt worry too much though because I knew over the next two innings that things woujld even out. Would i have been nice to have tried all three things equally? sure. But I wasnt about to lose any sleep over it.
damn Wang cannot locate anymore. I'd give him one more shot before putting Phil back in. Wang was fine as a three inning bullpen guy.
Shit. Leaving the bases loaded in the first inning always seems to mean the Sox get shut down the rest of the night.
Hughes never deserved to be yanked from the lineup. Wang should have had to wait his turn, until someone went down or was struggling severely. Since his return to the rotation, its one less quality start, and our bullpen is putting in more work.
