Rangers certainly can weather some storms. If Igor can steal a game or two they can hang with the canes. It’s not going to be pleasant to watch.
If the young guys play well I think we have a very good chance. Z broke out when the young guys began playing well enough that the Penguins game plan had to go beyond shutting down Z and Kreider.
Gonna have to raise their game big time. Igor can steal one but the rest of the team needs to step up. Terrible at generating high danger chances all series vs Pitt. If this team plays to their potential, they can beat anyone. Time to NUT the fuck up.
Great series win, fellas! Always nice to see the Penguins eliminated. The Rangers got away with some lackluster play this series, but they definitely need to step up if they want a chance in Round 2. @Section 336's boys are no joke. The Hurricanes look really good. Igor is going to have to steal some games for the Rangers to have a shot. The good news is I think the Rangers are starting to play better. Maybe they just needed to get into a groove. Hats off to Zach Wilson for being at MSG and cheering on the Rangers too. Very cool to see.
