Come on man, it's not like losing to the BJs or Leafs, the Canes are a middle of the pack team this year, not a bottom dweller. They have the most OT losses in the league, have played 26 OT games, having just a decent OT/SO record would have them firmly in WC spot, but they absolutely suck in the gimmick shootouts. To get on the price jump complaining bandwagon my frickin seats went up from $13 to $16.

In NY - I would say absolutely, Canes have been a pretty solid home team this year and the Rags have been much better at the garden than away. Game still meant something to us, although the playoffs are a pipe dream, they are still mathematically alive and Bill Peters has the young kids playing hard every night. What I tell my kids all the time - the other team is trying to win and playing hard too.

Section 320 I sit in the fourth/fifth row of the upper deck, it is in the corner where the Hurricanes defend twice. - Great sight lines - I have 4 total that are 2 an 2 piggy backed. They call it the "Fan Zone" after the local sports radio network 99.9, when they first created the section seats were $9.99 a ticket for season seats. I do agree with you, if I were a Rags fan I would be pissed at losing a game like that. The same way I get pissed at the Canes for beating the Capitals and then losing to the Oilers and Vancouver the next week, or losing to Buffalo twice in 10 days with the playoffs in grasp.
What a bunch of bums. Game after game, it looks like they are just mailing it in. Are they really that happy to just get paid and go home and not have any post-season success?
Feel for you MR17. Equally bad night for us both - Losing to the Sabres at home with playoff position on the line is fucking horrible. My Canes got waxed by the lowly BJs at home on fan appreciation night no less, and officially knock us out (even though we have been done for a couple of weeks) If I were you I would still be rooting to hang on to third and play the Pens, I think something special is going on in Florida, they might be the one to take out the Caps, because we all know no matter how good they are they aren't winning the cup.
Honestly 336, I didn't realize the Canes had 84 points, nice little season for you guys, at least you guys are on the upswing....Rangers are in a downward spiral and will probably be knocked out in the 1st round
