The lack of cap flexibility has again hurt this team. This is what happens when you are so close to the cap. The lack of a spare defenseman hurt the team on the Western road trip. AV revealed today that G played injured against Edmonton and Calgary because they had no other defenseman on the road trip. Maybe we win those two games if we had the cap space to bring a 7th defenseman on the road trip.
Who needs cap space when you have Tanner Glass taking up what should be the extra cap space for a spare defenseman?
LOL Stoll was almost as bad as Glass was last year. Good riddance. Wake me up when the real issues (Girardi and Staal) are addressed.
