16 wins is what it is going to take. do they have the magic to go that far? what a great season so far.
the fuckin' Ducks blew a 2 goal lead last night against Vancouver, that sucked. I'd love to see Cally get his 30th goal in one of these last 2 games.
matt, did you see milbury apologized for his comments about Crosby? dickhead!! http://www.nhl.com/ice/blogpost.htm?id=8165
Class The Blueshirts celebrated their first regular-season conference title since 1993-94 by being themselves – workmanlike and focused, with a smirk out of the side of their mouths like they’re all in on an inside joke that’s now been shared with the rest of the league after Tuesday’s overwhelming first period in Philadelphia.
Rupp caught a few direct punches from the Flyers’ Jody Shelley in a one-sided fight with 4:52 remaining in the first period. NOTES AND NOTES AND … The Rangers are 7-2-0 in the last nine games … Their 51 wins are the second most in franchise history, while their 109 points are tied for second all-time in team history (1970-71, 1971-72) … Record is 112 in '94...
Andrew Gross @AGrossRecord Biron in net for Rangers. Otherwise same lineup, including Mike Rupp able to play. Need 9 goals to win this game...
Pat Leonard @NYDNRangers “@Hartsy19 @HLundqvist30 asked me if I tipped our last goal in. I said stop playing so good against us ...” .. From Scott Hartnell tweet
Jim Cerny @JimCerny "He just amazes me every game"-Girardi; see what he, McDonagh & Torts have 2 say about @HLundqvist30 and his great year
I'm not real concerned with any outcome tonight so long as the team comes out in one piece. President's Trophy on the line or not, I'm just interested in the team going into the playoffs at as close to 100% as possible
