The luxury of having Talbot is for moments like this, 12 goals in 2 games and Hank looks lost, it would take huge balls by AV to pull the trigger, but the way things are going we will be shelled again Friday...the only reason I advocate this is because they know they would have to play better team defense or else

Time to start Talbot, it's not just that he'll perform better it's also the rest of the team will play better in front of him.

Everyone was saying how the first three Tampa games in the regular season meant nothing, well guess what we're getting the SAME results now. Rangers can't control the play at all, Hank can't stop a beachball. You have to do something here to stop the bleeding

If we would have put Cam in the other night to at least shed off some rust I could see him possibly replacing Hank but being down 2-1 in the ECF and him having not played in forever I stick with Hank.

Talbot isn't playing. Nor should he. The way to stop the bleeding is to play hockey....not what we've played the last two games. Way too reckless and sloppy the last two

That's nice but the record shows we can't play hockey against Tampa. For whatever reason they have our number and the game gets away from us. On offense the team loosened up and we scored enough to win, but then we have Lundqvist that Tampa owns. It's doesn't make Hank a bad goalie, it makes him a bad goalie against Tampa

Am I the only one who thinks Bishop is very shaken and appears scared? I saw him pre-game and he was as nervous as I was pre-game. He was really bailed out big time by the Triplets and our defense/Henrik.

Once Boyle got beat by Stamkos, Henrik passed puck off to Stamkos and at the point he started to second guess. Lundqvist looked dejected, and he should dig deep...Dude is so good he shouldnt worry about his game, but 12 goals in 2 games. Come on.

Our defense needs to forecheck the Lightning players, we let them do whatever as they get into the zone. It is annoying because I know we play speed vs speed to, but We really need to slow the game down and play the way the Capitals do. That is why the Caps were unbeaten against the Lightning in the season and we were beat many times.

Our forwards are just not as skilled as the Lightning, RIGHT NOW. Well, mainly our top guys are lost.

Truly would have been some epic win, but I hate that 6-5 game it totally was not what we play like...We have found some offense but we really need to reshape how we defend and fix this.

Just our luck, when the offense and powerplay turns around the defense and Hank look like ass.

Game 5 is as important as it gets in terms of mental fortitude and preparation.

It really is the Triplets, they are very good...WE CAN'T SEEM TO HANDLE THE PUCK LIKE THEY DO. It is dissapointing, but we need forecheck the shit out of that line. They did beat Kreider when he went to check them, but he went to hit them right near Lundqvist.

Need to get at them at the top of the ice...Pierre talked about how they gain the zone and it really is easy for them, we need to prevent that shit. They come right down the middle and pass left or right. They dont dump and chase.

Game 4 is must-win. Rangers lose and it's time to make vacation plans. Heck, they shouldn't even bother getting on the plane to NYC they can just stay on the beach

This right there is what I hate about Nash's game right now.

WHY o WHY is he firing away shots from far away? Just go to the fucking net!

For a player with great stick handling and shot ability and his goal on MAF was near the net and Rick should just go to the net.

Ben Bishop is surviving because his team is picking him up. Yesterday we picked up Lundqvist but he let us down. I feel like so annoyed.

But I blame our top guys for not putting us over the top (Marty and Nash)

well that certainly was a bust. as bad as hank was, he was pretty fuckin sharp in the first period. that was the lcukiest 2 goal lead
the rangers have ever had. they have been really soft since game 2 to now. do not think theyre beating anaheim or chicago playing like this if they somehow find a way to get past tampa. you know its bad when im happy that tanner glass is on the ice. holy fuckin' smokes what a shit show last night.

Why do we keep saying game 5. Let's play game 4 first.
