I believe Doc is the only hockey play-by-play person to ever win an Emmy and I'm not sure what you don't like about Edzo, he usually says some pretty insightful stuff IMO. Pierre I can see your point tho haha Also...
Dom Moore set up Hags with some yoman's work....Valiquette a little rough on Flurry after the game saying he should have stopped it, it was a soft goal...Flurry was the only reason the game went to OT, that and the 12 chances Boyle missed...the King was magnificent....LGR!
Yeah. That was on Lovejoy more than Fluery I think. The only guy there making a difference was Crosby. Moore and Hags & Co. out worked them at that point
And as always, cindys inability to play defense allowed Hagelin to use his speed to put himself in position for the shot. I'm not making excuses for the pens, I'm just highlighting how overrated Cindy is. That was an easy swap off at the NHL level when you have forwards who understand the importance of playing defense in front of the net. So instead of Pierre blasting Cindy for his lack of defense, he immediately made excuses for them by pointing out how they were down a couple of guys on defense and not once made mention of Cindy blowing his defensive responsibility. Than you Rangers for making my season
Islanders biggest game of the franchise in 20 minutes, at the very least I hope your guys show up. Islanders Rangers would an epic series
It would be, but I believe the caps are going to win, Barry trotz is making some very good in game adjustments that have capuano spinning his head on the bench. I don't think this is the old caps team that only go as Ovie and Backstrom go.
Honestly.. I was worried about Malkin ... but he was on LOCK the whole series! 70 points ...ZERO in the series....wow.
I told my fellow ranger fans at work the same thing about Malkin, if he comes ready to play, I would be worried. But he was already on vacation in Russia.
The young kids for the isles are trying to man up, but they are having a hard time, I think they are just not physically able to keep up yet.
