Great effort by the Caps in a borderline must-win. Even when the Rangers don't play great, they look so intimidating. If this really is going to be a Round 1 match-up, it will be a tough series. I pray the Caps can somehow avoid the Rangers.
At least one team on the ice played well, TDK....Ovie's having some season....always hated the Ovie/Crosby comparison, man vs boy, a guy that can back it up vs a crybaby bitch
Don't mind losing to the Caps, but the Bruins is a whole different story, cheapshots, kick the puck in and when Glass finally retaliates and hit that dick in his beak he cries to the officials, I'm still looking for ward till the day that big retart gets his fuckin' head handed to him, watch the Luc-bitch/Gazdic fight from Dec. 2013. gazdic pummelled him
Haha agreed. Ovechkin has had a great season so far. As for yesterday, the Caps played really well except for that Carlson fumble that resulted in the Rangers' first goal. I still don't know how that even happened.
Hayes 15 goals, Stepan 13...Stepan 49 points, KH 39...KH also +15, pretty good for a 3rd line rookie center who's not a center
More bad news, he's only been out 2 weeks... Andrew Gross@AGrossRecord · 18h 18 hours ago AV says Kevin Klein (broken left arm) is going through "a four-to-six week process."
Fuck. He could miss the first round at this rate. If Hunwick's injury is serious at all, we may see some McIlrath logging third pairing minutes a la Stu Bickel for us this postseason.
this makes a lot more sense, since when is a broken arm 3 weeks recovery? It's a 4-6 week injury, they had to have known that from the first day MSL is also going to be out much longer, IMO will end up being 4 weeks himself
yeah, scratched yesterday with "upper body injury" but the dude has been injured for a while, I was at the Kings game sitting next to the Rangers bench, during the skate around he went up to Ramsay and pulled up his left sleeve. The dude was crazy taped up, almost the entire arm, He had Ramsay cut off some of the tape and went back out there but his arm looked really bad
Hunwick is playing next game, Summers got sent back to Hartford Andrew Gross@AGrossRecord · 3h 3 hours ago D Chris Summers has been re-assigned to Hartford. So Matt Hunwick apparently OK.
I figured it was a fracture all along, maybe a hairline. They're being tight with the injuries, I like that...put generic info out there.
