OK. Let's see who has the guts to give a straight answer: Is Staal worth 6 Years 36M to the New York Rangers?
Acually made a great play on Jagr last night, he lifted his stick from behind when Jagr had a clear shot from about 12 feet
Yeah I know, I saw that. But he also has like 5-6 "take myself out of the play" hits per game that drive me crazy. Jagr isn't exactly as quick on the release anymore either....
at PK, checking, fighting, same as Dorsett no offensive skills, so I think the 4th line is better with him replacing Doorstop
I am for real. Per the now defunct Extra Skater he was the worst player in the league last year according to corsi %. DEAD. LAST. A wooden block with skates would be better. I agree, but then again, all-world centers don't grow on trees. Generally you pay a lot of $$ for a vet that may or may not work out (Richards, cough cough) or you have to be so dreadful that you can pick up an A+ prospect a la Crosby, Toews, McDavid. Stepan is a quality center, not a #1, but he's the best option they have right now.
I don't agree. One line is playing great right now, and we are playing better defense. The fourth line has been terrible all season because the players on that line just aren't that good. I still think Duclair needs to be put in the lineup.
it usually takes 40 games for a ranger to have 8 goals, this is fun to watch nash put them in. gutsy win last night, that game looked awfully bleak and then whammo!! makes me happy as a motherfucker!
