Sad day for MSL, his mom passing just days before mother's day. Tonight is prob the last game of the season.

Sad to say but probably true. At this point I'm only hoping that Pittsburgh doesn't score early least some of the Blueshirts mentally bail out on Lundquist and let the game get out of hand.

I wonder if that would have been enough for the "fans" in Section 210 to stop chanting "We Want Cally!"

nothing to lose, enjoy the game tonight because either it'll be the last one until October or we're still alive coming back to the garden

if the rangers don't score first tonight, start drinking heavily. or turn it off, either is a good solution. ahhhh, c'mon, I know that first game was uplifting but
deep down did you really think these creampuffs would beat the pens? I hoped it, but I never truly felt it, they own the rangers for now.
then again, the rangers will win 3 in a row now, I swear it to be so!!

I never thought we would win this series. I would have been beyond shocked. I even said after the first game that we all need to relax. We STILL don't have a first line center and we MIGHT, Might have one first line winger if you count Nssh who has zero goals in the playoffs or PP. What about this team would one predict to go past the 2nd round?

This isn't a choke, it isn't a disappointment, it isn't a team under achiving. Its exactly what should have happened.

that's a bingo jonny. the 2012 rangers may have been able to knock these pens off but not these guys. they're tiny and they are not puck buryers. tough combo to win with.

    Looking good tonight!

Pretty sure that was Hazardous Waters. I called up as "Tony from Webster" and name dropped about 6 guys.

"Chad Pennington looks like a badger on LSD out there"

But later it disappeared from the site he uploaded it to and he said he must've accidentally deleted the calls from his computer.

Well then maybe at the time it was a choke jon jon...how do you explain tonight?

1..its only 1 game? A chance to to knock a team out on your ice because you are so great

    2. The Penguins are not nearly as good as some of you guys think.

    3. The Rangers are better then most of us think.

I go with number 2. The Penguins are a very good offensive team but if you can slow them down they could be had like they have been had the past several years.

The Rangers had over 2o giveaways the 2 previous games...20....that was choke bud. Today they had very few.

Still think this is a flawed roster..no doubt...but the Rangers choked last game. 24 giveaways in one game?

I cannot believe it. I cant believe how flat and smelly the Pens looked right from the start. 27 in white looked like his old self

Yeah, many positives last night, but the most important was the way McD played, Guins looked like the Rangers of the previous 3 games

Definitely #2 Jay, I guess the emotion of MSL helped too, hopefully it will carry over to Game 6...the kicker is what has killed us all season, then way we stink on home ice, if we split at home, we would be up 3-2...

The Pens were not flat last night. They had plenty of pep in their step but the Rangers were just on last night. The way they played, there isn't one team in the NHL that could have presented a challenge last night.
