Good win tonight, but Hank gave up four goals. What's wrong with this guy? He hasn't been the same player this season.

Dolan gave his first two interviews today in a few years. I can't imagine there is an owner who talks to the press less than Dolan. Sather doesn't talk to the media either. You could tell that Dolan doesn't know anything about the Rangers. He said that he is happy with how the team is playing and he thinks that making the playoffs is a good sign. Does Dolan even watch hockey? Owners of professional sports teams should be required to invest a certain amount of time around that team. Dolan doesn't talk to the media, doesn't show up to games and he probably doesn't even watch the games. He doesn't understand the sport, and trusted a man who doesn't know what he is doing. Why hasn't Sather been fired yet? Its been almost fifteen years of Sather and the team hasn't even reached the Cup Final.

The Owner should be talking to the media at least once a year and the GM should be talking to the media at least once a month. The NHL needs to crack down on this stuff.

Funny part Dolan was on with Michael Kay and Don Lagreca and didn't realize that Sather was here so long...what a loser

In Hank's defense it was a wide open game but that 50 foot slapshot with no screen was horrible, WTF happened to Ottawa, they've regressed this season....

Last night was a turning point. They watched a lot of video before the game to figure out what was wrong and one of the points was they weren't crashing the net. New game plan, and they bury 7 goals plus the empty net. I think you're going to see a whole new team offense-wise to close the season. The only real fundamental road block to the cup is size. Rangers don't measure up to teams like the Bruins or Flyers so they have to really somehow outplay them to win in a 7 game series

Nothing wrong with Hank. The glaring problem is the d-men routinely getting lost in their own end and leaving someone on an island in the slot and in front of the net. AV saying last night was "not a defensive masterpiece" better have been a lot of sarcasm. They need to get their shit together.

I saw it. He was outplayed by an average goalie. He couldn't stop the break away.

I'm not arguing that Hank has been bad. He's been average, and thats not what should be expected of him. Given what he has accomplished in the past and the salary that he is being paid, he needs to be one of the best goalies in the league.

Its been like this with Hank all year. He hasn't been the same goalie. He's been an average NHL goalie this year.

I don't think he follows the team. Ask him to name ten players on the team and I think he would start having trouble at #4 or 5. He doesn't even show up to the games. What kind of owner cares that little about a team that they own?

Here you go Jonny, Rick Nash has 9 hits in 53 games, tied for 717th in the league...Jesper Fast has more hits, 12...Martin St. La-midget 19 hits, Richards 23 hits and they say we are soft?

I remember him being a much more complete player in Columbus. Don't get me wrong, he's not on the Rangers to fight and scrap and hit; he's here to score goals. But When he's not even doing that, it brings to light the other areas of his game that are lacking. Hopefully he can get hot.

PS - I love that Pierre tells the story of Babcock asking AV to put him on the PK to get him some reps for the Olympics, but he played full-time PK in Columbus. It's a good all around move to have him on the PK if he can handle the minutes. I like it as long they're running a diamond that has mostly Boyle or a lesser forward bouncing from point to point to contest shots. Don't need Nash sliding in front of slappers.

87, kills me that with all the talent In the world he is so heartless, no passion...even worse having him and St.La-midget on the PK, like they are going to sacrifice and block shots, no way

People are saying Tortorella is done after this season. Funny thing, he may have taken a job in Canada but he lives in the US - lol:
