the flightless arctic water fowl has vaulted far atop the most hated list for me. it's not even remotely close anymore. when you stop hating the flyers that much, and teams of that ilk, something is going on.

Three minutes until the roster freeze. Looks like Cally is here at least until after the Olympics.

I'm going to wince every time he gets hit or hits somebody over there.

 

I read it may be career ending for letang. that really sucks, not fair.

Pouliot has been comin on for a while now. Hes got talent, just never showed it...until now? that would be a huge plus

 

Give Girardi the money he wants. He was the best player on the ice tonight against the best team in the league. There is no way that the Rangers could replace him.

 

Pouliot uses his size and speed now, he's tough they can't clear him from the front of the net

 

Top 4 dmen probably the best top 4 in the league

 

Thats why I think the Rangers can win the cup. The defense is as good as it has ever been with this group of players. As long as Hank plays well during the playoffs and the top three offensive lines can chip in with some points, the Rangers have the team required to win the cup.

 

I believe arctic only refers to the northern cap of the world. There are no penguins in the northern hemisphere. they all live in the southern hemisphere. Actually, save for a few breeds, the penguin is a warm weather creature. just sayin

 

leeeeeets not get ahead of ourselves. The winner of the wet, whomever that shall be, will scare the shit out of you

 

Cally is probably my third favorite Ranger behind Hagelin (I'm a UMich student) and Kreider (I played against him in HS and wanted the Rangers to draft him really badly- his draft was the first I really followed).

I also withstood the Holik/Gomez/Drury/Redden years. If we give Callahan seven years at 6M a year, it will tarnish the legacy of one of the bright spots in a dark era of NYR hockey.

If he gets hurt oversees, we lose him for nothing. I'm sure you would also agree that is the absolute worst case scenario.
