3rd D pair, John Moore 16 minutes, Kevin Klein 18 minutes, spelling the top 4 nicely

McD 30 pts in 57 games, and I was laughed at when I said he would at least double MDZ in points this year

    by whom?....

I got laughed at when I said McD could be close to Leetch.....of course, the comment was taken wrong but I was trying to stress that this kid had a LOT of offensive potential. I hitnk it was very late two seasons ago that I said this.

    Solid win Blueshirts : )

Some Del Zotto-the-Predator stats (columns are all screwed up but summed up): 1 assist, 6 shots, +2 plus/minus after 5 games):

    Date - Vs - G - A- P - +/- Pim/PP/SH/S/Shift/TOI

    Feb 1 @ St.L -0 - 0 - 0 - -1 0 / 0 / - / 2 / 26 / 20:23

    Jan 31 - NJD - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 / 0 / -/ 0 / 22 / 17:25

    Jan 28 @ WPG-0 - 1 - 1 - +2 -0 / 0 / 0 / 1 / 27 / 17:39

    Jan 26 @ EDM-0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 / 0 / 0 / 2 / 25 / 18:38

    Jan 24 @ CGY - 0 - 0 - 0 +1 / 0 / 0 / 0 / 1 / 24 / 18:20

Had his breakout game at Winnepeg with an assist and a +2 for the game.

He's still not going to be the pure offensive talent that Leetch was, but I'm pretty happy with Ryan McDonagh being the next Ryan McDonagh. He's a stud all on his own. All those years that we were told Staal's offensive side would come around, I envisioned a little of what I see with McD. Love their d-men though. Stralman included. He proved his value in the playoffs last year and hasn't been a disappointment since.

Staal actually going to the net now, had a great pass to Cally in front, doing it more every game, right now McD is our best player

great point about the 5-3 with Hank by the way, MR. I made a mental note myself that had Colorado scored there, maybe the game shifts.

Worst team in the show coming to town tonight boys and girls. Should be an easy two points.

Hey Jake, your "location" is listed as Edmonton?......I smell a rat, is this a set up? : )

I noticed the "worst team" Oilers have suddenly won 4 of their last 5 and that while they've averaged giving up 47 shots on goal the last three games (!), their 'mask' Scriven's been standing on his head lately (stopping 96/100 shots).

No man. They gave up 60 shots in one of those wins, and just got clearly outplayed by Buffalo. I hate this piece of shit team and everyone associated with it. Management is so incompetent I MISS SATHER.
