That power play goal was a thing of beauty. You see that and you have to wonder how the hell our power play is only at 11.3%, making us the worst in the league. 6 for 53. At least our PK is at 84.2% making us 8th. Honestly, if we could get our PP units working, we'd be one of the best teams in the NHL.
It was one of the best plays of the year. It is so nice to see the chemistry starting to form. That being said, the PP has been pretty good the last few games, just can't get the puck in the net. Our PK is more exciting to watch than the PP. We have been getting more shots on goal that way. LOL. I do believe that they have killed themselves to many times with the extra pass.
Loved Torts in game interview with Brian Engbloom, we can't let the PP drag us down mentally....also loved when Cally got tripped, would have had a 2 man advantage and 10 seconds later Strals gets called for same trip..

He was moving the puck from the point beautifully all night. Hes our best option on the PP to "QB". He doesnt have a monsters hot but he can move the puck quickly. Great play by McD on Hags' goal but cant take anything away from Hagelin. Hes been going to the net hard which is shocking to me. Wwhat is up with Richards?????????
Richards is killing us on the PP, doesn't have a heavy enough shot to play the point and a defensive reliabity when the opposing team has the puck...he and Gabby are offering nothing right now, that will change hopefully against the Prusters Tues.
