I can't imagine they would make that trade. I actually wasn't horrified watching Eminger last night aside from one missed clear out of the zone when it looked like the puck rolled on his blade before he tried to fire it out. Del Zotto is just a train wreck sometimes though.

If I had to guess on Dan Girardi, which I guess I can, I'll change my ankle/foot guess to a groin guess.

We know better, i can't believe they still don't know...

2 guys we cannot give up on--MDZ and Boyle

MDZ is a whoring cuntmare right now. The give-aways are out of control. However, I hitnk we'll look back at this month a couple years from now and agree that it was his worst stretch ever. I love this kid for two main reasons. His ceiling ( offensively) is ginosterous. Like I said last week, when this kid is on, he's on. Wwe've seen him be the best player on the ice on numerous occassions. The 2nd thing, is htat he is a real dick.In a good way. He'll stick his stick between someones legs in the corner, he'll throw an elbow...hes kind of a dick. And I love him for that. Let's not lose faith in this guy yet...Im tellin you......as right as I was about Dubi :p , is as right as you'll say I was about MDZ eventually.

Boyle----he wins face offs. Hes slower than my ass canon but he clogs the middle, wins face-offs and can pick up a few garbage goals for about two weeks every season :)

I dont know if we win that Ottawa series without Boyle last year.PLus he's Mass guy so Im sure Torts has ahard-on for him. Boyle is pretty useless in the reg season but hes one of those guys whos more valuable when it counts because of his size( though he plays smaller than he is) and style of play.

IM a dark-sider in Jet land but I really like this team.

we are fine right now where we are.

Girardi, in good humor, seems like possibility for Sunday, although neither he or Torts will commit or discuss injury, believed to be groin

Good news if he plays Sunday, Tampas game tommorrow got pushed back 6 hours, so they should be fatigued sunday

Del Zotto is absolutely useless. I am still stunned at the decision to re-sign him. I guess we just don't have enough shot blockign defensemen

And I will again tell u I wouldy gladly take MDZ on my club. Please Sather trade his useless ass to the Oilers for someone like Horcoff or Whitney or N Schultz or something.

Describe exactly how bad he has been playing in less than three sentences.

What a win! Great to see Hags have an awesome game, Hank make some big time saves and the team as a whole play awesome.

    IN: Miller, Powe, Gilroy
    OUT: Boyle, Rupp, Bickel

Those three moves have completely changed the way this team skates.

Last year they were good because they were tough, physical, and knew the system inside and out, but the team skating was still terrible (as we saw in the playoffs).

Once this group gets the kinks worked out and gels some more, they'll be the Cup contenders everyone expected. They can actually play a puck possession game now if they have to.

Ironically we don't have many fighters on this team, so when a team goons it up...we can't be sending Asham to fight 10x lol.

Gilroy has stabilized the 3rd pair, while creating some offense...Miller is fast, tough and skilled as is Kreider...Powe is fast, an excellent PK and tough..

Gifted offensively, horrendous defensively, especially when he doesn't play physical...
