hess, gutman, steinberg, tannenbaum, cohen- all have what in common? not to be a bigot. just saying that the network may have something to do with whom gets the job. is woody a member of that religion/tied into the network? I once worked for a business owner who was , and he told me they always take care of their own. just wondering?
if he said he wants total control, then he won't get the job. maybe tuna, wolf, Holmgren , cowher, gruden, etc. won't touch the jets now because woody won't meet the demands of anyone who is good/expensive. we'll end up with a desperate guy or second-tier guy who other teams wouldn't hire.:sad:
i really don't think that will fly in football-it's such a public, results-oriented pressure cooker that u have to be qualified beyond that i would think btw may be wrong but i think woody is a Protestant
