Exactly. It has nothing to do with Wilkerson actually playing in the Pro Bowl.....it has everything to do with being deserving and getting snubbed. Being a Pro Bowler is like winning an award, saying your the best (or top 2-3) at your position. When he negotiates a new contract he could of said "Pro Bowler Muhammad Wilkerson", it's the title that had the meaning..... not whether or not he actually plays in the game itself. Oh well, maybe it will make him even hungrier next season to prove the doubters wrong and show them that they made a mistake not sending him to Hawaii (or where ever the hell they play the game at now) in 2013. If being a probowler does increase your worth in contract negotiations maybe it's best for the Jets that he didn't get in. I suspect it doesn't mean too much unless your agent is a fuckhead.
The team is a reflection of the HC who has been here for the last five seasons, five drafts and a large number of FA signings. Not to have one guy in the probowl is a sign that Rex should be on his way out.

not really. Mo, Richardson, Folk, they're pro bowl caliber. Shelly will probably win the DROY. If I am overestimating its not by much, hell Mo is the next man up on the list if I heard right.
The FACT's are that the people who voted (probably sportswriters) thought others were more worthy then them. That is what U R have to live with no matter if U like it or not cause it is not going to change even though U R pissed. Let me ask U a simple how many games do U see of teams other then the NYJs all 32 maybe 26 or maybe 20 or maybe no more then 14. I hope U R getting my point here :sad:
