    An easy way to see some older threads from this year is to increase the amount of threads showing at the bottom of the page (display options) in any given forum to "beginning" and then sort them by either replies or views.
    Try it out if you want to.

    Sorry for the mass nominations but I was just going through old threads and these just stood out and I would hate for any of these great threads to be forgotten just because they were in the first half of the year.
