Hard to argue that the 51 yard TD, the drive that I'm exclusively talking about also not the whole game, isn't a top reason they lost. But you're welcome to try.
He's not even ready to be a backup. He's been playing the only role he's qualified for in the NFL over the past month.
Im gonna hold my judgment until I watch the all 22. But like most weeks, I suspect I'm gonna watch a whole bunch of plays where guys were open but the QB missed them
If Zach showed anything today, it's that he might have potential for the future. But he's not a starting grade quality QB yet.
Any assignment of blame has to include MLF. Early he had Zach rolling out and Zach looked good and made some nice plays, but then he had Zach trying to make plays from the pocket or drop backs and the OL did it's usual imitation of Swiss cheese.
I guess playing one of the leagues worst defenses and not scoring points doesn't matter this week. Sure did against the Vikings

This is the NFL, defenses give up points. You can’t expect them to pitch shutouts anymore and they gave up 3 points up until that point. Putting this on the D is just a stupid take.
Zach is going to get the start if MW cannot go. But I would say the Jets are FINISHED if Zach does start. Zach was toxic, hot garbage today. All those Zach apologists are a bunch of meat heads. As far as I'm concerned I'm done with Zach. He SUCKS or at least he's blown his chance at playing for the Jets ever again. The OL also SUCKS! They screwed the entire offense today. I am not going to blame ZW for the loss. He did better but he didn’t convert or execute in the 2nd half. Same ZW where he plays good one half but can’t on the other half. Should have called time on that first down to settle the offense. 3 losses on this: 1) PR for TD vs NE 2) dropped TD pass/ or failed to score inside the 5 yd line vs Minny 3) gave up a Td on 4th and inches at midfield where you play prevent defense .
