Did U not see all the times Brett was whacked after tthrowing a pass. That maybe one of the reason he had son many INTs. Callahan was a flop at Qak & Neb so lets move on to more innovative choices that can out coach Belly & Sporano

We could always just bring him in to build it up than can him when we are close. Marty can sure build up teams, but his conservatism kills him in the big game

Other than the brief stint in Washington which was more a Snyder failure he has built up the team close in 3 different franchises

Fatso is not up to date. He also said that that guy was going to buy 50% of the Dolphins & that is also wrong it is 95% as announced by the Dolphins

Sparano? So now he is a good HC? WTF, I thought only HCs that win SBs are good...

    You are a funny man..

Well once U pass Cowher who I doubt will come I am thinking more of going the route ATL-BALT-MIA went to with a corrdinator & hoping to catch lightening in a bottle.

Where is the proof? I have been searching and there is no link that says the coaches were fired too. Only that Shottenheimer is a candidate and he would keep Schottenheimer as his OC and hire Schottenheimer as his DC.

They will all be fired the day a coach is hired. This just keeps them from being able to do anything else while the search is on.

The only difference between Cowher and Schottenheimer was that Cowher got lucky in one year

He didn't think his kid was good enough to be a OC when he was the coach..that was a Mangini decision. He was the QB coach in SD I believe.

Lol, there is no link in that thread. Everyone got so excited and too the OP word for it. The OP says it is on newsday.com, the only thing I saw on newsday was that Shotteheimer could be the favorite and Schott jr would be his OC.

I'm not even as opposed to Marty as I am at the prospect of keeping his son. Then once you have 3 Schotty's on board you need to fire the entire family more or less if they don't pan out.

No, I am saying your logic is warped and clouded.

And Sparano is NOT an elite HC like you profess..

I'm with you...I don't want his kid here anymore no matter who the head coach is. He was obviously in way over his head.
