I think it is you that is being stubborn. In 23.2 innings he has given up 22 runs, 20 BBs and 28 hits. His Whip is over 2.0. He pitches well in triple A and melts when he plays with the Yankees. If he had shown anything at all in those 5 starts I might feel differently but to think he has any future at all with this team based on every one of his performances is just plain silly.
How can you say that was a good performance because he threw strikes? Yeah, he threw them and they hit them out. That's called batting practice. How many of those strikes do you think would have ended up in the cheap seats if he was throwing them to Detroit or Boston instead of Tampa Bay? He throws strikes and his ERA which was over 8 coming in goes up. It is you is who is unbelievable. As far as Igawa is concerned, I said it because I know what to expect from him and one thing he will give you is 6 or 7 innings.
 Yeah, 6-7 innings of 10 run ball. Come on Don. Now you're just being ridiculous. How'd Kennedy pitch in his first 3 MLB starts? It's not like we've never seen him perform.
I disappeared for a few months last year and when I came back, Mr. Sunshine was here. Mellow out, Don.
Well, during the same time frame I calmed down a bit, and Cappy joined the team. In all things, there must be balance.
