    I hope not.

    What other teams fan would look at our skill position players and think to their selves "Man, I wish he was on our team"?

    I mean, who's the guy on this roster you just gotta have on your football team?

    Yeah, because winning cures everything. But before the season started, most of the fans knew that this team was being rebuilt. Some wins caused them to forget that, but now its starting to actually set it.

    At the start of the season the Jets were starting rookies, 2nd year players or UDFA's at QB, WR, FB, NT, DE, ILB, OLB, S and CB. They were starting young players in their 2nd year with the team at RT and WR. They were starting castoffs new to the team at RG and S. They were starting a failed draft pick at LG with a rookie behind him.

    Put another way, the only people the Jets started the season with on the field who they thought they knew well were Mangold, D'Brick, Wilkerson, Harris and Cromartie. Out of 22 starting positions they had uncertain assets at 17.
